saturday morning began with home made French Toast, eggs and coffee… took a whopping 30 minutes to install this and the fitment is near perfect!
(while at it, i removed the windshield wiper reservoir to channel more air up to CAI) OEM hood is boxed and ready to be shipped. *FOR SALE*

Really like this hood. Question I have: is the water that gets in the vents directed somewhere or does it just fall straight down?

^great question. it comes with underside hood baffles that nearly cover up the "holes" in the hood... although still functional (venting) there's just a small area where the water actually falls down. (or channeled) I immediately took those baffles off... since my car is never in the rain.
second, the hood is soo new, i haven't washed the car yet... so i'll be curious as to what gets wet after wash

Looking good. Love the wheels and springs combo for the awesome stance.

installed the Vitesse Throttle Controller last night on the rig...
its like a different car now! throttle response is wicked fast. although i was somewhat able to spin the tires before... now they ROAST! SP1 = normal conditions SP5 = what the?? SP9 = good lord! i wouldn't have believed it, if I hadn't tried it myself...

Looks great. The combination of the lowering springs, wheels, and rear diffuser is just sweet.
Gives it an attitude.
