T-TOPS are GREAT!! ...until they leak...

It was a crisp 72 here today, and when I went to go play tennis with some friends, it was t-top friendly weather.
Then, I decided to wash my car for the beach day we're having tomorrow. Besides the dirt being pretty much welded to my paint, I find a nice puddle on my driver's seat when I decide to take her to the hand wash.

I don't know if I can afford to get this taken care of with prom right around the corner... Any quick fixes?

New weatherstrip might be in order. Fairly reasonable on eBay...

What he said. 4th Gens for the most part don't leak. Adjust the guides and you should be in business. Remove the screws at the top of the A and B pillars, pull the interior platics away and you'll see the adjusting mechanism.

Mine only leaks on the passenger side and only when I take it through one of those high-pressure nasty things, and the only time I do that is when the BF is with me and he pissed me off.

Always makes me smile.

Quickest fix is have a few buddies jump in and hotbox the hell out of it while you stand outside and find your problem area's. Drive your buddie's to Taco Bell with the Windows down and then go buy some new weatherstrip

My 2002 Z28 didn't leak either, but one of them flew out once and broke in a million pieces - pretty eff'n costly to replace one of those damn things, too.
