I had T-Tops on my 81 Z-28, 87 IROC and 91 Z-28, none of them leaked.

Yeah - the ones in my 86 (didn't leak, by the way) had locks and I'd never put them on without making sure they were latched and locked.

3rd gens are a design flaw, 4th is much improved. I'm really confident you can correct your issue with some careful adjustment for the paltry sum of free.

Oh yeah, well I forgot to pin my hood one day and my hood flew up and smashed the windshield and shattered the driver side t-top and I swear that phucker turned into powered glass. That was a costly mistake. I scored a t-top pretty cheap though. Dented the tbar area and everything.

Moral of the story, dont forget to pin your hood if you have pins.

The real bitch was I was on the highway sitting in stop and go traffic and exited because traffic was going to slow. I hit about 40mph on the off ramp and BAMO!

haha that happened to me at the drag strip, forgot to latch it and it flew right out at the end of the track...funny thing is though, the next day i forgot to latch the other one and it flew out!...wasnt havin a good couple days i guess lol
