GM has this number,(1-800-222-1020) that is for The Customer Relationship Specialists.Have your VIN ready,these people are great!! I was looking for a production number for a 2003 Jeff Gordan Monte Carlo signature series of which 2424 were produced.I got the production number of 2321.Not only that, the rep went on to give me an open recall number from 2009 that was not performed yet and a dealer to get it done at.
The rep also gave me a web site for recalls;my.gm.com/recalls.This was the most satisfying call I ever made to GM.
