Emailed everything back to my buddy and I officially have my allocation secured!

It's "EVILZL1" time Boys! The Trailblazer will likely go up for sale after SEMA and the Motor Trend Int'l Auto Shows this winter...

I am so excited, but now it's the waiting game until December when I supposedly can order the car!

Now if I could just win this year's Procharger Video Challenge with my Trailblazer's video, that will help pass the time and give me something to be excited about until December!

Off topic, I know, but go vote if you feel I deserve to win the contest, but there is only a day and a half left of voting...

SWEET VIDEO! I tried voting but the screen was all jacked up! That sucks you have to get rid of that sweet ride for ZL1 but I'm sure you'll be trading up in some respects

I will definitely be sad getting rid of the Trailblazer, but its not like I have to, it would just make things easier with the ZL1...I am just the type of guy that does this sort of thing to vehicles as a hobby and when I am "done" with a particular vehicle, I move on...no big deal!

I won't sell the Trailblazer for a penny less that I honestly think it is worth and if I don't find a buyer that will love it as much as I do, I will keep it!

Just curious, is your money (if you spent anything at all) refundable if you decide not to order? We still don't know when we can order but heres to December!

I am giving the money now, simply to show good faith that I am willing to commit to one of the 2 allocations my buddy's dealer is supposedly getting. Up until the day I submit the actual order and the car is absolutely secured and GM has the order, I can cancel and back out. I will get 100% of my deposit back. This is pretty normal practice.

It isn't but dealers are basing anticipated allocation on their index. What percentage of Camaros they have sold compared to other dealers in their zone.

Pretty much, but I got the first allocation, so even if the dealer ends up with one allocation in the first production release, I got it...

Come out to the track sometime (I'll be at Sac Raceway eventually) and come ride in a 10-second grocery getter! We can even throw a Baby on Board sticker on the back if it makes you feel better!

SWEET!!! It's a crumby track, though, LOL! Although... I've had good luck from time to time - 1.6X 60' on a full-weight, almost all bolt-on '02 Z28, so you can go fast there. I've heard their trap speeds are kinda' funky, too... That was relatively recently... Anyhoo - let me know!!! I just want to see you set that baby free!!!

Crap! My work PC isn't displaying it correctly. I just tried sending it to my iphone, lol. I'll have to remember to vote from home to support you
