Thoughts on extended warranties for Camaro?
What are your thoughts on extended warranty for HWS Camaro? What is a good price for one? PenFed offering for $1295

you have the option to buy it up to the end of the original 3/36.
IMO only buy one if the car has proven to have issues in the original 3/36, otherwise probably a waste of money. powertrain covers you 5/100K the extended would only cover a hand full of things like electronics, HVAC, and some other selected parts. -- If the car is showing signs of needing constant warranty work for repeated issues, not related to owner neglect and abuse they yeah a good idea, especially if your upside down on payments and would take it in the shorts selling it off.

Depends on the extended warranty being offered. The one my dealer offered basically extended the manufacturers warranty to 7/70000. In other words, it covered everything.
Which is a big change from when I bought my Silverado. That warranty (which paid for itself) only covered specific items as noted by Mr iNCREDIBLE. |
