Might have to make it up to check out AOCO and support you guys. How long is the mandatory drive? Just might have the S-10 buttoned back up by then, but I doubt it would make the drive on 2gal of E-85.

I feel dumb.....

AOCO = All Out Call Out

And I was just talking about on Saturday morning.

Ivan - I don't think I am going to participate, but I will definitely go spectate and support my fellow Camaro brethren.

It's not too far Ryan, about 13 miles. There are a few actual race cars that make the drive every year. You should come down for the even regardless if you run. It's the biggest showing of the year for streetcars for sure. Good times.

Personally I think they are all the same. Get what you can for the best price unless you really want looks in which case I like the CAI ones with the nice plexi top.

For what its worth, I have a rotofab and other then the cone getting sucked in on high boost, no problems at all.

I was looking into the CAI ones. Seems like the consensus is they have good gains for a cai. Just was wondering if anyone has it on out here, and if they use the scoop?

There are a few people out here with them. I've done as much research as possible and they really are all the same. It's a tube with a filter on it. Hard for one to be much better than the others

The scoop can help a little as it gets a little more air going that direction. Same concept as the windshield washer res being removed and relocated outside.

Seriously, they are all going to do the same thing for you. Just a matter of personal preference in the looks. Trying to tell 5hp differences on a dyno is impossible as every pull is a little different based on heat soak etc. You never see back to back pulls the same even with cooldown times.

Yea, I think I'm gonna go with the CAI one, like the look and the closed box. I used to just use K&N but have decided to look elsewhere this time.
