If I had the disposable cash I would be all over one of the HW editions. Love that color, the splitter & rockers.

That's what he means. You add the cost of the HW package to the 1SS or 1LT, so part of the cost of the Hot Wheels package is the upgrade of the 2LT/2SS package itself.

The cost in the package and cost of replacement tires for the 21 inch wheels and tires were the number one reason I didn't get a HWSE.

Angrybird is right. I wasn't sure and looked up the package content on some site that said that. Just checked the Chevrolet build your own site, you have to choose 2LT or 2SS to have the HWSE option available. Oh well...
