I understand. I get them too but not that bad. My daughter gets them real bad. Hope you are better.

It's been a long time since I had one that lasted that long. Usually one or two days at the most. Most times I can get rid of it pretty quickly...as soon as I feel it coming on, but sometimes it doesn't matter what I do or what I take...it just wins.

Have tried Bc powder Regina? I know it resembles cocaine lol but it really helps mine when I forget to take my migraine meds...When i get migraines, Im like that guy In the snickers commercial when I'm hungry

Yes...BC Powder is basically Excedrin in powder form, so it works faster. It usually will work if I catch it really early, but if it gets started....no go.
