winter time is usually mod research and materials gathering.
Last winter I looked at what paint type of cosmetics I was able to do for my Camaro. Then when things warmed up, I painted sidemarkers, engine cover, fog light bezel, rear bow tie, shark fin, door panels with ABL, dash trim panels, steering wheel bezel, center gauges bezel and shifter base.

Winter is definitely modding season for me or at least looking at things I want and then realize its out of my price range.

I'm in Cali so this thread is actually the opposite for me, camaro stays out rc cars are in storage. I have a savage that I built from the kit (those interested in rc I highly recommended) and a tc3 that had a modded novorassi motor that was supposed to do 100+, first time I got it I bump started it and the controller failed and it went full speed into an industrial trash can... I've almost got it all fixed with the exception of motor.

Well, I figured I would resurrect this thread again since I started it. So, the Camaro is tucked back away in storage here in Michigan. So, with the one car asleep I have returned to my other hobby... RC cars. I got back into this again last year mainly to have something I could do with my boys. Anyways, I picked up another one. This time I went with the Slash 4x4 Ultimate. Check out some pics. I picked up a new body I painted over the weekend. I stayed true to my Camaro colors, but went with the Ford Raptor body instead of the Chevy Silverado. I just liked the way the Raptor looked better. I also did an orange one. I just finished up doing a couple for my kids.
