I switched from Zaino to www.griotsgarage.com because moisture issue if its not perfect conditions outside it smears and I was tired of having to deal with that, its a good product, I have 4 cars I have to keep wax and Griots helps with my time. my 02.

any spray-on cheater wax (wax n' dry or whatever) = fail

Quick detailer works if and only if the car has been properly waxed first, but NEVER use it as the title suggests, the vehicle should be washed first otherwise make the spider web swirls your new friend... they will be there.

I've used Mother's Power system for the last few years on a black base/clear paint job as well as on my stealth gray G6. Typically once or twice a year I will claybar first (any choice quality brand is fine) then Power Polish Stage 1 and wax it with Power Wax Stage 2. The polish is smooth and pretty much odorless, the wax is creamy and smells great. Both go on and come off very easily and are safe for black plastic trim and rubber.

I wax it maybe every other time I wash it

This weekend after the car had been washed and dried, I used Zaino's Z-CS Clear Seal spray. This is the only Zaino product I have used, as she has already been waxed with Turtle Ice and Turtle Ice Car wash. But any way, it was so shiny you could read a book in the reflection. I wish I'd have done some before and after pics.

Is this Fukken company family owned?? Are the Fukken kids involved in the business? What about the Fukken wife? Do they ever have any Fukken sales? Maybe they should have a Fukken Labor Day sale, and get all the Fukken relatives involved. It could be Fukken crazy.

Zaino sounds like too much trouble. I wash the car and go over it with Turtle Wax Ice. It has been clayed once already, but I had a pro detailer do it. I don't have the time or energy for that much work.

claybaring is pretty easy and doesn't take much time to do. You can do it relatively quickly while you're washing the car.

That is interesting to know. Always sounds like it is a real time consuming chore. Or maybe it is the the Zaino process as a whole that seems time consuming.

It's the zaino process as a whole. The first time I ever did it I spent an entire damn Sunday. I was actually sore the next day!

If you have a show-car, and you actually LIKE doing that sort of stuff...than Zaino's for you. If not, you don't need it by any means. It's not the end all in polishes, and equal results can be seen/felt with other products it seems. I think where Zaino exceeds over others is the constant improvement in protection and the longevity of the product.

However, I like driving my car more than I do having it sit in the garage for days while I'm zainod detailing it.

Then Zaino is for you! I can apply polish and buff out in 30 minutes, 15 minutes applying the polish, wait at least and hour, buff out in 10-15 minutes.

Easiest, most durable product out there!

Depends on how many coats of polish you do, and only the first time takes awhile. After I used Zaino the first time, I can now wash the car and put on 2 coats of Zaino in the same amount of time it use to take me to wash and put on 1 coat of the bottled Turtled Wax that I was using.
