How Many Were as Lucky as Me?? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

There are so many complaint threads about these cars, I thought I would start a thread to see how many are out there are as lucky as me.....

1) I ordered my car at the end of April
2) My dealer had an immediate allocation for my order
3) It was in my driveway on July 1st
4) Dealer agreed to msrp and followed through with the promise
5) Dealer contacted me once a week during the whole order/build process
6) Dealer send me an e-mail right when the truck pulled into their yard with my car
7) I picked up my car the same day the dealer got it
8) They gave me a free oil change whenever I want it
9) Everyone in the dealership came over and shook my hand when I drove away
10) I absolutely love this car
11) The whole ordering process and delivery was absolutely enjoyable
12) I have not had one problem at all, with anything on this car
13) It is absolutely the nicest, most fun car to drive that I've ever owned
14) I feel like a celebrity with all the attention

Only minor dislikes: Blue rings and ambient lighting not bright enough, and can't raise the height of the passenger seat. (No big deal!!)

With all the QC holds, dealer mark ups, RP6 early order problems, and various other issues that people are having, I feel very, very lucky to have had everything go so smoothly. I'm not bragging, just feel very lucky!!

Anyone else feel the same?

congrats man, I was gonna be in the same boat untill the week it was supposed to be in i called the dealer to get more info and said he used a 2ss for my allocation. I have another 6-10 weeks, but i also got it at msrp and supplier pricing. woohoo

I ordered mine 6 months before you, and got it 1 week before you.

I'm writing this down in a text file to keep in safe keeping. I'll take names of other salesmen/dealers from others on this site who had a great experience if they're willing to share to another buyer. I'm sure the dealerships will love the business/publicity!
