Im in the market for an exhaust system right now just a catback. I dont want to void my warranty so I dont know if I should get shorty headers or wait until my warranty expires and then get long tube. Either way Borla makes shorties and long tube anybody know about them? It sounds like ARH are excellent long tubes and I know Kooks and Dynatech make good products as well but I want to know about Borla. I really like how the new catback system sounds for the Camaro SS but what about the headers?

Borla makes a great exhaust system. I have not had much experience with there headers but if they are anything like their exhaust systems they will be A+. As for getting shorty after market headers and not voiding your warranty I think they still will, someone correct me if I am wrong with that. Plus there is not really any advantages to getting shortys so I would just wait and get long tubes. That way you get the performance and sound improvement.

I think the shorties bolt to your factory cats, longtubes dont have any cats at all. Shorties shouldn't void the warranty.
