Borla Type S Cat-Back Exhaust & Borla Long Tube Headers
Hey Everyone,
I just spoke to my performance shop and they mentioned that the Borla Type-S exhaust system coupled with Borla's long tube headers has a VERY LOUD sound and quite a bit of drone as well. Does anyone have any videos of how these two sound together on the V8 or can offer any recommendations/advice from personal experience? Thanks. -Sigster |

and a maganflow exhaust sounds so sweet feel free to pm me if you would like some pricing |

I am pretty set on Kooks and Borla S too and did not consider this to be "overly" loud from prior research. Are the Borla headers that bad?
Dont care for Magnaflow stuff at all...sorry |

if you look in the borla comparison thread their is a link to you tube with borla s type with borla long tubes. i know it is hard to really get a feel for how it sounds on a computer but it will give you a good idea. i really don't think it is that loud.

To the best of my knowledge Borla does not make high flow cats for the long tube setup. I would assume that you can bolt on any kind of aftermarket cat up to the borla long tubes.
