I Want To Take Pictures of Camaros (Salem/Portland) - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Hey all, I'm a Camaro owner first and an amateur photographer second. I was wondering if anyone would like me to take pictures of their Camaros. I will do pics with the Car and the owner or just the car. I'm not looking to get paid for the shoot but if you want to order prints then you can pay me for that. If you know of any good photoshoot areas then I can meet you within reason. Who knows, maybe I can make a calendar or something? Let me know if you guys have any suggestions too. If anyone else is doing this I sincerely hope that I'm not stepping on anyone's toes.

A few of us are headed to Tahoe in June, maybe we could stop and meet up with you, and you could take shots of the group??? We haven't solidified our plans as far as departure time goes, but Tahoe is about a 14 hour drive from Tacoma, so we'll probably be leaving pretty early (Friday June 8) - if you want to try and do that, it could be fun...

It was originally planned by some people in the "Old Farts" thread, but we've kept it low key...
3 of us from WA are going, and meeting up with one from Utah, and one from Vegas, and then hooking up with some local Tahoe/Reno guys. We're driving down June 8th, staying at the Blue Lake Inn (they were holding rooms until today, you may still be able to get one, say you're with the Camaro group, they're giving us good rates) the 8th, 9th, and 10th, then driving back on the 11th.
You don't have to be "old' to go, we're all young at heart, especially driving Camaros!!!

Right now my car is all in pieces ,but when I get it done I would like to get some nice pics of it.

Sounds like a great idea. I'm gonna be doing a photoshoot of my car this weekend with the weather being nice. I'll post some pics after I do some post-processing. Just to give you guys an idea of what I can do.

This weekend I'll probably end up taking a couple thousand pictures of my car, different time of the day, different camera settings, different angles, different locations. I'll try to post a few of them by the end of the weekend.
