RS headlights to non RS

Hello guys! Hope you are all doing fine, i recently had an accident and had to change my front bumber, i made a mistake and bought a non rs bumper(my car has the RS package) because it was dirty cheap, problem is i can’t seem to get the headlights to work properly? The fog lights are working fine, but my headlights are always on high beam, can someone please direct me what to do since even my mechanic couldn’t figure it out.
PS: i replaced the bulbs with new ones.
Tldr:The old RS Headlights + bumper where toasted in the accident, so i bought the non RS headlights with bumper and installed it on my RS car.
