Finally got to see a '10 Camaro here on the Big Island! Seen it at Kamuela. Beautiful! He said he ordered his before Island Chevrolet closed down. Had to pick it up on Oahu. Can't get one myself unless I get three jobs. It's a 2SS/RS, manual transmission, with optional wheels. Phone pics...

Hawaii thread been a little quite lately..........guess everyone is out enjoying there new 5th gens. Post more pics or vids guys. How is the experience so far???

well i finally went down to servco leeward and i talked to mike gomez. i decided to order a Summit White v6 with the rs package. as of right now i am on the waiting list but i was told it would be easier to get my car faster because it was a v6. Hopefully i wont have to wait too long.

I heard the waiting list there is 20 cars deep, you looking at a year wait.

well actually bentley its about a 60 car wait lol. but he told me he was receiving 1 allocation for a v6 a week and since the chevy part of servco windward was shutting down, all of their allocations were going directly to leeward. i hope he calls me by the end of the month so i can order it.

My two computers are dead, i just got to use my sons one. still loving this car. when i take it to work, the security guys tell me that people just goes up to the car to look at it and they even take pictures. they ask the security guys if they know who owns the car, they tell them "yes so don't touch". Nice to have security where i work.

We need to set a date for those of us who have our cars and of course anyone waiting for thiers to meet and talk story and go for rides. I have had my IOM for about 4 months now and have not seen any others on the road. Could be because i live in Ewa beach. Anyone interested please let me know on here.

I drive my car everywhere. I've been to Ewa Beach a couple times. I have family in Waipahu that I visit regularly. But I can see your point. I drive around so much and the only other Camaro I've seen on the road is the yellow w/ black stripes that is owned by the Cutter guy.

I see the yellow one all the time, especially here in Hawaii Kai. You wont see much of me. I usually drive in the evenings and its pretty hard to see an SIM colored car at night anyways. I do drive the camaro during the day on the weekends. Its my fun car so you will usuallly see me driving my BMW X5 since I carry alot of stuff with me wherever I go.

Saw someones camaro last night down near dave & busters. Hard to tell the real color of it but looked black to me.

I miss my z28 and woulda liked to get in one of the new ones but for the price they are goig for here I can pick up a corvette. Something aint right about that :(
