Thumbs up Sun Visor Q

Hi, I'm disappointed with the sun visors in my LT Camaro. They are cloth with the exposed mirror. I'd like to get the set with the slide open mirror, that I believe is on the SS model. My dealer says they aren't interchangeable. Would having a convertible make a difference? Thanks.

My 2lt came with the upgraded sun visors, have your dealer check for ones out of a 2lt or 2ss. Or look at gm parts .com

What do you use them for? Certainly not blocking any sun.

Every single vehicle sold in the US since Ralph Nader almost rolled a Corvair has those stupid stickers. One idiot in 300 million people and we need stickers to warn us not to crash.

Leather visor cover

Found a company that made leather visor covers on ebay (about $25). Stitching matched Camaro OEM leather. Decided to get a pair and modify the covers, trimmed the leather to make it fit better to contour (dry fit test), especially needed trim around mirror, removed velcro and applied the leather by bonding with special leather adhesive to give factory look. Visor is double row stitched but pic only shows one side at a time.
Project Thread is here with some more pics:

The leather covering looks nice, but my main issue is flipping them down & seeing myself in the non covered mirror. GMParts.com was as useless as my dealer. I'm going to call GM parts to see if they could measure the SS Coupe size so I can compare to my convertible ones. Thanks Guys.
