Selling but found new info
Hi all.
I have a question that I'm hoping you all can help me with. I have decided to sell my 2012 ZL1 as it never gets driven. In the process of trying to determine the asking price I ran my VIN#....low and behold, it appears that I have the 7th car built. Everything about this car is right for the used market: Low miles 21K Perfect condition no accidents unmodified Etc.... The question is: does being the 7th car built add to it's value? Thanks for the help! |

Just one dudes opinion... No, Not even a little bit. If you have #1 or maybe Last#. Possibly, but that is car 7 of 5 Million.

Too bad you can’t keep it TDM since it’s all original and the first year 5th gen ZL1! You don’t see many in stock condition anymore.

I will chime in. i agree it doesn't add any value, but might still be nice to mention in your ad. You never know what might push someone over the edge to buy a car. Tell them it's the super secret 007 car lol.

If that number had any value for this specific car then it would have never made it in the hands of a regular person. Jay Leno or someone of some renown would have had it and it would have appeared on a show or in a magazine.
