Z28 CAI
Hi all looking for little info.....I just purchased a factory Z28 cai for my camaro SS LS3 from summit racing
The cool thing was this came with a maf installed but is a 427 maf same part # as our 6.2 SS ... I have installed few CAI on my other cars including my first 2010 camaro LS3 and no cai I ever installed came with a maf the directions do not say anything about this i was looking for some one in this fourm that has used this cai on a SS with out computer mods I did not install the kit yet any info will help thanks ........... |

did you get a hood shield with your kit?????? I looked a Camaro Z 28 at my chevy dealer and it has this plastic part bolts under hood ...when hood is closed this part covers air box opening I did not get one

dont know why picture is sideways but took like 15 mins to install cai fits like a glove very good CAI.....did any you guys run a custom tune with this airbox took it for a beat run sounds little nasty no to bad

I used a pcv fitting from a Traverse intake and run the house under the throttle body to clean it up a bit.
