Convertible wind shield

Has any body installed a rear wind guard to limit wind at the rear top location? If so, how good did it work? Can it be installed with the Tourneau cover installed? Totally over priced but want to see peoples feed back

Thanks!

I made own. It doesn't cut the wind a ton. It's better than nothing when you have someone in the back seat, and can't put the windscreen in.

I have the one in your picture, Wind Restrictor. I had it tinted and added red LED lighting to it. It works with my tonneau cover. I get complements on it, BUT it doesn't reduced the wind. if you want to reduce the wind I would get the love the drive wind deflector.

I agree with previous answer. Love to Drive wind deflector is easy install, works with tonneau cover and you can put it down without taking it out when the top is up so it's easier to see out the back window.

I have the wind restrictor also. Won't do much for wind, bought it more for looks. I bought a used OEM one from someone on the forums and that works very well. I like that it sits high enough I can still put stuff on the seats since the vert has less trunk space.

So when you guys say it doesn’t really block the wind, I’m guessing you’re talking about the wind the driver and passengers feel. But I’m more concerned about the wind getting under the canopy and lifting it out of the trunk. Mine only does that at about 90mph and up, but that’s fairly often. Has anybody had that issue and then alleviated it with one of these deflectors?
