GM messed up - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I just have to say gm messed up. They delayed pretty much all v6 preorders and most v8 orders so they could have 1 v6 in dealerships by may. Well guess what 90% don't even have there v6 car. The ones that did has already sold there cars. So the point was to let people be able to see the car and want to order one right? Well now my v6 order is at 3000 and hasn't moved since april 30th... Why? I am sure all the v6's made earlier has something to do with my delay. What do you think??

Dude seriously its going to take some time. Everyone said from the beginning its going to be bruttle getting this car the first year as its a controlled ramp up. There are only at vin 10k with tons of dealers getting one on there show room plus the pre-orders its going to suck until at least vin 30k. Building a car isnt like fast food. I work at a automotive plant its super slow for at least 6 months from sop till they hit full production.

Goodness sakes.

I am sorry. But we have been repeatedly told that the preorders should be finished by the Third Quarter of this year. This was known from early on.

How many times are we going to have to repeat, repeat, repeat!!!
