Square 18's, like TSWs or Forgestars... Nice setup but not really a drag racing setup so I don't have personal experience there. I would think though since our stock rears are 20x9 that there would be 18x9s, possibly wider, that would fit our cars.

Some skinny tires are DOT. You can drive them on the street. The MT 28x6x17s for example are DOT + Radial + Skinny.

Where do you guys buy your tires?
If I want some Mickey Thompson drag radials, cheap, where would you point me?

So 18x9 is the right size for what I want to do? What offset do I need with that to fit my car?

I would get with a TSW or Forgestar dealer to get the proper fitments.

Interesting. Kind of curious how these would be for normal driving. Highway speeds, turning, braking etc. guess ill have to give it a go!

A radial skinny will drive like a skinny tire up front. But you will notice a decrease in braking. And you need to take corners slower.

Just bought some 305/35/20 Mickey Thompson ET Street II 's in a last minute crunch (or I would have done a 18" setup) to mount on my 11" ZL1 reps, before a February 28th event at Famoso.
Will be my first time running on drag radials. Gonna see how these tires do.

What pressure is everyone with big drag radials and skinnies up front running, on the street and the track. I have m&h 4.5x17 fronts and 325 rears.

Those should work well. Gave that some thought as well but I'm spending more time on the road track these days.

I run 16 - 18 psi on drag radials

Don't the fronts have a "max inflate value" stamped on the side?

When driving 17" drag radials on the street, I'd run mine between 25 and 30 psi. At the track I tried between 16 and 25 psi, 22 psi worked best for my combo.

drag slicks, would these fit ???

I would like to know if these drag slicks will fit my 2011 Camaro? Want to use them to before I buy some new ones but don't want to make a 2 hour drive to be disappointed and not fit.
