Tune - Nannies off or Not?

Been driving on a year or so tune. Tuner said the nannies were tuned out but...by depressing the button, it seems it activates another level. Definitely wheel spin and Stabilitrac is off but, is it really? Is there a ‘half way?’

Right, but...there WAS a competitive mode but my understanding ALL of that went away with the tune. I was cornering - rather spiritedly, the other day and it broke loose, big time, so I guess I have to believe the tune left me on my own. Steve said, 'it's all about vehicle respect' (when I got the tune) so I'm sure they're off now.
