Heads and cam

What heads and cam combination have you guys used and what are the results? I was told about 600 HP to the tire is achievable with the right combination. Can you guys confirm before I take the plunge!!!

John,
Do you mind sharing what are you running specifically? Your Z sounded fantastic at COTA.

Not sure what they "claim"
We normally see 8-12 depending on camshaft size and other mods but they do increase HP & TQ across most of the rpm band.
The competing manufacture is mainly in the upper rpm's

I need to do this upgrade as well!
The Z28 needs more power to keep up with the rest of the cars performance goodies!
Had a track day today and was in need of some more HP

Ok, I think I'm going with a BTR Stage 3 cam, an MSD atomic intake, and a set of West Coast cylinder heads. Speed shop says I should break 600 RWHP!
i wanna hang with the big boys on track days!

Any thoughts?

They are nice heads, however someone did the same build as me at Vengeance but used the Mast heads. He made about 5 more hp then me on the dyno and 10 lb-ft of torque. Wasn't worth 3k in my opinion.

What heads and cam did you get and what were the results?

I have WCCH Stage 2 on factory LS7 heads. Cam is a Vengeance Racing custom grind. Around .660 lift. 570 hp/500 tq at wheels.
