well, i struck the deal tonight. dealer said it was loading onto a truck in tampa so may very well be here tomorrow. it felt really good signing the papers and at the price i was looking for. im just about ready to join the family.

what rate did you get im 18 with no credit history also? did you get a cosigner How much down?

I say 6.5 to 7 % tops. Gmac is a little high at the moment. Show us the pics when you get it. Congrats!!

i got 7.69% put 10k down and had no co sign. the finance manager told me that GMAC were the only ones willing to work with me and only if i could actually put the money i had in mind down. then he said he had to really talk them into a lower rate, not sure if its true or not but it does make sense. i mean why would a lender give a nearly 20k loan to someone with under 2 years of credit history and a small limit. he did tell though, if you make this work and pay it off clean you will never have a problem getting a loan for a car again. it felt really good since this is my first car purchase and am glad i could do it on my own.

sure will and its strange i never really saw camaros in the area in the last few months. but today i saw four all differ colors

and one of them happened to be ABM and a chick was driving
