Mod insurance?

We all have a high risk of being in an accident on the road... but what about all the expensive mods? Would all that money just be gone?

I have 5k of appearance mods and 3k performance mods.added as a rider onto my policy. Cost was $0 but varies between agencies and type.

I have Gieco and told them all my mods and cost of each one. I would say close $20,000 and my insurance went up $13.00. Well worth it!!!!!

mod ins.

before my ZL1 i had a 2011 camaro ss.about 18000.in mods.last april i had just got back from big sur and parked out front.i heard a noise to see my car smoking and then flames shooting out.it took about 15 min.to burn up.i was numb.thank god i had contacted my ins.company.i lost 10%on value of the car but i got 100%of my mod money.i had good shops do the work and the dealer put on my s/c.good pics with and all the cost on paper.it pays for this in the long run.you just never know.lol

while many people worked on this.since i just turned off the motor which then it is at the hottest point.maybe a power steering leak or oil.color of smoke donot think it was fuel, however it took only 15min to burn.i do think it hit fuel but this was not started it.a year to build,15 min to burn up.lol

Im pretty sure that will buff out just fine....

I recommend Geico if your changing, Ive had a couple claims and they were worked out super smooth, as well as adding the mods to my policy has mot added increase, Ive only got about 4k in mods though. But everytime Ive interacted with Geico its been great.....
