Installed nitto motivos

So managed to almost eat completely through my rear 2 tires in less than 5000miles, so I did some research and decided to switch things up a
little, I got 315/35/20 in back and 275/40/20 up front. Now I must say that for a set of tires that are made for comfort and tread wear they stick
pretty good. They stick better than the g1's did cold, i cant say much about when they get hot only had then 2 days, buy i will say they are much
smoother and quieter(maybe due to the extra height) but as of right now I really like them....

Can you post some side shots? I want to see how it fills the wheel wells

Only because I did the quick math I will share here too Stock 1LE tire was 27.85 OD and the new tires are 28.66FR /28.68RR OD...For reference the rear ZL1 is around 28.40 OD

My brother has the Motivo's

I'm a huge fan if you are looking for a tire that can handle some adverse weather and have great tread life. Good choice IMO!

To expensive to be burnin through tires like that. I love the g2s. Look is second to none. Even nt555 I had before. Plan on getting a set of all weather though for winter time if I can't pick up one of our city trucks at the auction to drive on cold days.

I know I'm being a pest, but could you post a pic or two taken at an angle (front/side and rear/side)? I think I will do this exact setup when I get mine. Have you run it hard enough in high speed turns (or slow full lock turns) to confirm no rubbing? Thanks, or should I say cheers?

are you sure those g2's are worn all the way? they do look worn but what was the remaining tread depth on the wear indicators. i had to explain to my tire guy that the wear indicators are the inverted grooves on the outside. they thought that i was at 2/32 by measuring the tread block gaps instead of the wear bar and said it was illegal to re install them. at the time i had only 700 miles on them and went to them to switch back from an all season for the winter so they knew that the tires were new. when they measured the right way i was at 6 or 7/32. also why the staggered setup which causes more understeer?

Nice I am liking how it looks. I'll be leaving the 285's up front and switching to 305's on the rear once I get my 1LE.

not callin ya dumb but i agree. i feel that there are still many miles left on those tires. at the worst use them for track day/drag even "out of the box" there is not much tread there. are they going to be good in bad weather? hell no. but there not to begin with either.

LOL the picture is of the fronts....pleny of tread left.....the backs are flush with wear bars (something like 2/32 left) i wanted to keep the ride even and they gave me a great deal on them 1050 for the set installed. Im not very worried about understeer i will probably not track the car.
