I have a stock cam, springs, and rockers if needed. Car only had 5000 miles when pulled

edit: I'm looking to spend $50 for a used cam, $75 with springs.
I can get a new take out cam from crate engines for $85; new cam is $130. New springs are $56. Also, tell me the mileage.
