Here are the hoses routed -- I was really limited to what I had -- obviously there is going to be more restrictions with the 'bends' and 2 more Heat Exchanges. The good news is I added and additional quart of coolant! So this has 3 quarts instead of 2!
You'll notice the passenger's side hx is a bit higher -- this is so it clears the JDP tow hook mountings -- really not a lot of room, but much better air flow due to the ZL1 front bumper... Hoses routed and the power steering cooler mounted ( did have to manipulate and cutup the lower deflector so everything cleared -- no issues once I did this). Moved the ambient air sensor to the passenger's side near the turn signal light...: Tested fitting of the bumper -- Bueno! Fit great so far! Did a quick test run -- tightened up the fittings on the dual hx to make sure no leaks! Video of the Tri HX system running: This will build up pressure in the system (I ran if for about 10 minutes to purge and make sure air was out). I'll leave it sit overnight to confirm no leaks... Ran out of time (it is new years eve after all), so power steering tomorrow! -Don

Here's some info on the TurnOne power steering pump and how it reduces fluid temps...

Yes, it is ;o)
So, here is what I wanted to test: Would adding the additional HX be more restrictive, reducing flow, and increase temps? Would the additional size on the trans cooler drop much more? Would having a dual pass power steering cooler be a benefit? So, here is the power steering hose routing and setup: Hooked into the return side: Routing: Gibbs PS fluid: BTW, this is where I moved the temp sensor: So the results: Power steering cooler is in line and flowing -- once I start racing, I'll know how it does. Bigger trans cooler -- great -- 10° cooler so that is a plus! Dual HX -- no go. In fact, flow was more restricted, flowing slower, too many 'bends' and the Dual HX just didn't do what I needed them to do (also note they were mounted in the only location I had). So I GAINED 4° (from 16° above ambient to 20° above ambient). It looks like more flow is the answer for sure. If I can increase coolant capacity and improve flow, I'm betting that is a better answer. I'm going to see if I can put an hx below and move the ps cooler around -- we'll see, but for sure, these duals in front of the RD and Radiator are not the answer. It will be easy to remove them. I still have one more option and this one is a lot less restrictive too. Anyway, great learning experience for me (kinda what I expected really, but wanted to verify)... -Don

Since this last setup didn't work, I need to remove my JDP tow-hook in order to give me more room for my lower hx that wouldn't fit:
https://zl1addons.com/products/copy-...nt=27756185153 This also means I need to remove the lower panel just below the HX in order to bolt the second hx to the support beam. While I'm doing this, I'm going to add my 'third' varimax in between the two HX in order to maintain and increase flow. I'm waiting on the Varimax -- they showed it in stock, but my order only came with the harness. I'll see what's keeping it: http://www.lingenfelter.com/product/L330070000.html Bosch to Varimax harness: http://www.lingenfelter.com/product/L480340000.html Bosch harness from ADM: http://lsa-conversion-store.myshopif...r-pump-harness I'll then install the new ZL1 addons tow hook this will give me the extra room I needed on the lower grill area to add the second hx. I will also use ZL1 Addon's license plate relocate so I can free up the lower grill area for more air flow -- and allow for easy removal too when racing: https://zl1addons.com/collections/to...nt=27720124673 Its 18° here today so NO WAY am I starting this today -- I'll wait until Tuesday when we'll be 75° -- yes, you read that right... -Don

No kidding. The way I wanted it and the way I had to do it showed me the error of my ways. I rather have the dual intercoolers flow in parallel, but room is the issue. Now, something different ;p

Thanks! I always think I'm done, then a wild hair (I don't have many left ;p) pops up.
At least it keeps me thinking... -Don

Jannetty Transmission Dipstick/Tube 6L80/6L90
So, I ordered one of these today from Ted:
Located in this thread: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=479624 Why did I do this when I had the B&M? I prefer this style and setup. B&M is a nice unit, but I was always a bit 'eh' about the setup. Now, this very well could have been the 1LE strut bar making it harder to use, but, I like the OEM/Factory look Ted has with his. I did ask him if these are from the Yukon/Silverado/Escalade/GMC and he informed me these are 100% custom made to fit! I like that and, I like the fact his setup is configured for the 'extra' trans fluid to keep the filter pickup from being uncovered! I already run 9qts for the B&M pan, truck filter, and ADM/B&M cooler setup. Once I get it I'll do a DIY so folks can see the setup and how it works (even with my LSA kit!). Looking forward to it! -Don

Well, my Lingenfelter Varimax came in today! They keep making changes to the kit, and I'm liking what this new one is so they've not included a 'harness' this time, but a connector.
Anyway, looks like the next test project will start! -Don
