Picked up nfs shift today, and its awesome. you have to get used to how the game drives, but once you do, my god does it get addicting. the camaro looks perfect in it. the modeling is done extremely well. when in the drivers seat camera view, it looks exactly how it should. if you havnt gotten this game, go get it. its great

No there are no cop chases haha. In this version, its ALL about racing on the track, samee can be said about ProStreet.

I bought this game today, and I must say it is VERY good. The view from behind the wheel is simply amazing in all the cars and especially the Camaro. As far as driving simulators go, this one is definately the most accurate one I have played thus far and i have played them all. The sound the cars make is also phenomenal as well as what happens when you hit a wall hard or get hit by an opposing racer. The option of being able to drive "stick" using the controller is cool too.

The Need for speed series seems like it is definately starting to turn towards the grand turismo games in terms of being strictly track...except for the fact that need for speed has drift and other modes that you can play too.

Overall, VERY solid game. Right now i made a 2SS victory red camaro, with about 100 grand in upgrades haha, its fast.

When I saw the SIM SS/RS in the menu I fell in love. The only reason I bought this game was for the Camaro, but I had no idea it was this lifelike. Now I can drive a Camaro anytime I want!

ya. its amazing how real this game is. i also just got it because of the camaro, but when it got good reviews, thats when i knew i had to have it. right now i have an IOM camaro with black stripes, body kit, pumpin out 617 hp. and that is just with the stage 2 upgrades. i need to unlock driver level 10 and then stage 3 upgrades get unlocked, and then i can go crazy and turn it into an all-out racecar. itll be over 800 hp i bet weighing about 3300 pounds. damn shes gunna fly. lol. ill give an update on my camaro tomorrow

I bought this game last night! Dragged my wife to Wal-Mart with me to get it lol

I left my wife play the first round...wow! I was amazed at the graphics! She loves racing games...but isn't very good...she did amazingly well in this game!!! She said the cars handled better and more realistic!

As soon as I got the controller back (say...30 minutes of me watching her play lol)...I played non stop till I got my Camaro...

My Driving pics...

I started off with the Cobalt SS...midnight blue and Tenzo-R rims...

And here is my CGM (it's CGM...trust me) with Work rims...

Hands down...one of the best of the series...if you want cars chasing you...go get Most Wanted...and I don't really like playing in-car views in most games...but in-car view in this game...WICKED!
