Puller

This little guy and its brother have paid for themselves

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I was able to remove a stock pulley with zero damage grabbing the last portion on the outside.

It also just pulled my damaged metco hub off like butter, no deflection or popping off. I did use a radiator clamp to hold the fingers closed to start it off.

Best 50$ I ever spent

Interesting, I wonder if there is a tool to press the 2.5 pulley on without having to take the blower somewhere to get it pressed on

So I was able to isolate the shaft, heat the new hubs both lingenfelter and metco and using drifts basically hammer them on with the snout removed. Not as sexy as a press but if you keep everything straight, and use a socket to go around the center of the bllower side of the shaft it works well
