Any good speeding ticket lawyers in Riverside county?
Hey all, back towards the end of April I had received a speeding ticket for 92 in a 70 on my way back home to Arizona. I had recently got the extra info paper in the mail today and its stating a $367 fine. My uncle had given me a number for a ticket clinic and they quoted me around $599. I don't want any(more) points on my record and I can't afford to have my insurance. Rates go up (again) Anybody know of any good decently priced ticket lawyers in the riverside county area? (It was just after churiaco summit that they had stopped me)
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Inb4 don't speed Inb4 drive the speed limit |

I'm going to say it anyway. If you don't want to get points taken off, or your insurance to triple, you shouldn't be going 90 in a 70

Was it written as wreck less driving? If not I don't think a lawyer is going to do you any good.

Hmmmm..... next time you should follow one of them, then they would become the winner and not you...... thats the way I do it anyway...the highest speed wins the prize...I could care less what kind of car you're driving. Obviously, my official view is... you should follow the speed limit I am guessing this ticket was in another state? If so, did you check to see if points would apply? Just saying...here in DE, if I give a ticket to say a person from PA, when the ticket goes back to PA (as long as they pay it thru the mail) PA DMV does not access points against their PA license. Worth looking into

I'm in Arizona and I got the ticket in California, is California allowed to assess points to my record or no?

FYI
Driver License Compact The Driver License Compact has 45 member states, which share information regarding traffic violations such as DUI, DWI and vehicular manslaughter. Georgia, Massachusetts, Michigan, Tennessee and Wisconsin are not member states and do not share information under this compact. The Driver License Compact originally dealt with serious driving offenses such as drunk driving but evolved to include any violation, which is reported back to the resident state. Drivers violating speeding laws in one member state can be assessed points in a home state that uses a point system. |
