GM Sales Down 18%... Anybody surprised?

Sorry, but if you are doing things right, making good products, and taking care of your customers, you don't go down by double digits.

I will not be purchasing any GM vehicles in the future. That catch can ordeal is crap. Hopefully GM loses more in sales over it than it would have cost to repair it in good faith.

Loosing one car sale is more than fixing that engine, and there gonna lose plenty more than that.

Down 18% in what way? That can mean a lot of different things. Can you provide a link for us to read please?

I can't say I'm all that surprised given the cost of the 6th gen and how limited the choices are at the dealership and I've heard they have been having some quality control issues. Seems to be a issue once again at GM. Some of it could be word of mouth I know I've told plenty of people about the issues I've had with my Camaro, my dad had issues with his zl1 and his z06 has gone into limp mode but supposedly gm fixed that issue. And one of the doctors at my job bought a fully loaded escalade for like 90k and at 2,300 miles the transmission went out.

That's funny since VW despite the emissions scandal, had a profit of over 3%.

If they look better than the 6th gen, maybe.
