Actually the first thing I ate was a post workout meal, Chicken and rice/lentils. It was great, real chicken breast not ground chicken for a change .

Now my biggest two obstacles are I am talking with a lisp and keep biting my toungue when I eat. know it will pass but it's kind of funny.

Yummm! More control that me, I would have gone straight for veggie pizza. I love lentils and have a great veggie Mac with lentils recipe but my Dad hates it so I hardly eat to them. Boo!

Awe! I hate biting my tongue. My Invisaline gives me a lisp and I always end up cracking mysel up! Hope it passes soon!
