We need a lot more information to reply accurately.

Sorry, here goes:
  • about 500 RWHP
  • -1.4 camber front, -.01 toe front, -1.3 camber rear, .05 toe rear.
  • 29mm front sway bar on middle hole (146% stiffer than OE non-1LE SS bar) and 32mm rear on 3rd hole (200% stiffer than OE non-1LE SS bar)
  • 220 lb/in front spring rate, 460 lb/in rear spring rate
  • Stock SS struts with the BMR lowering springs mentioned above

I suggest a few tweaks.

Front bar goes to full soft.
Front Toe OUT 0.25 to 0.50 per side
Rear camber should be half of front camber
Rear Toe IN 0.12
Front TP hot 31 -32
Rear TP 28 - 29

Pete, when you specify the rear toe, do you mean per side, or total?

Can you bang in some more camber in the front, we are at -2.3 front both sides without any tomfoolery

I wish. I'm just not sure it is possible on a non-1LE suspension.

I loosened both strut bolts on both sides, put the car back on the ground and went and drove around the parking lot trying to bump and bang the suspension to persuade as much camber in as possible, then drove onto the alignment rack and tightened the strut bolts with the weight of the car on it helping to push every tenth of camber possible.

Hah! That's a great idea. Might try that.

That is not necessary. The strut has a slot the top bolt passes through. The bottom bolt passes through a round hole, a pivot for the slotted upper. The weight of the car pull the strut top in. On a stubborn strut, loosen the bolt more and push the top of the tire in.

At max negative camber, ALWAYS CHECK TIRE SIDEWALL CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE STRUT AND SPRING SEAT. DO THE SAME WITH A COILOVER.

I had the 305/30/19 RE-71R tires mounted today. Big issue getting them to fit on the 10in rims but they finally seated. The camber went from 2.2 degrees to 1.9 degrees on the front from the 285/35/19 RE-71R tires previously mounted. They definitely are much wider. I will have more information after tomorrow on how they handle. It's all good!.
