Pete, when you specify the rear toe, do you mean per side, or total?

I loosened both strut bolts on both sides, put the car back on the ground and went and drove around the parking lot trying to bump and bang the suspension to persuade as much camber in as possible, then drove onto the alignment rack and tightened the strut bolts with the weight of the car on it helping to push every tenth of camber possible.

That is not necessary. The strut has a slot the top bolt passes through. The bottom bolt passes through a round hole, a pivot for the slotted upper. The weight of the car pull the strut top in. On a stubborn strut, loosen the bolt more and push the top of the tire in.
At max negative camber, ALWAYS CHECK TIRE SIDEWALL CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE STRUT AND SPRING SEAT. DO THE SAME WITH A COILOVER. |

I had the 305/30/19 RE-71R tires mounted today. Big issue getting them to fit on the 10in rims but they finally seated. The camber went from 2.2 degrees to 1.9 degrees on the front from the 285/35/19 RE-71R tires previously mounted. They definitely are much wider. I will have more information after tomorrow on how they handle. It's all good!.
