GPI Rod Mod intake for sale
Hey I had picked up a Rod mod intake when i was planning on a centrifugal supercharger, wound up going whipple.

GPI does not recommend boost with the rod mod intake. FYI

Thought just the port and polishing - the rod mod might be safe for boosted apps

You might be correct. It is possible to have a rod mod intake without porting.

Increased stabilized flow so I wouldn’t doubt it. But there are much better I takes for boost like Holley high ram.

I spoke with rick crawford about running boost and his rod mod, which comes with the porting, he stated his intakes have seen 20+lbs without issues and is safe for boost

Sold. Procharger did not recommend using the Rod Mod intake with their superchargers. Surprised me as well since GPI website does specifically say its good for boosted applications. If anyone is running a centri on a the Mod rod intake be interesting to see the results.
