Front heat shield ?

Front plastic heat shield keeps coming off every winter because of the snow. Does anyone know if there is a better way to secure it, or will I just have to get it fixed every year ?

That is an air deflector, based on your description. Not a heat shield...

no. you really don't want to use anything other than the nylon fasteners it comes with. In the event it catches something, it needs that 'break-a-way' otherwise it would tear off your whole bottom fascia - and that would suck...

oh, and by the way, warranty covers it for quite a while. Contact your dealership...
