Maybe. More like what trade in value is. That's what I'm referring too. Because ting it may be more around 37-39

FYI the 20% off is only on limited stock, something like 18% of inventory. Dealers aren't going to be stocking SS 1LE's like regular SS's. Even if so, they would most likely not qualify for that discount or would be snapped up by enthusiasts before hand. Especially once the track times and such are released.

The later GT500 was never meant to be a limited edition car. They would make whatever the demand was. And as I said, the new GT350's have nothing to do with Shelby except Ford licensing the name. It was fully developed in house.

I would make a wager right now that I can order a 1LE the way I want for $44k, I will get 1.79% finance (worse case) and in 12 months, it will be down 25% in value. The GT350 or the Spyder will be down too (maybe not on the spyder) less than 5%. So at the 2 year mark, you have lost substantially more that You saved up front and consumables were cheaper too.
Your logic is flawed. Like I said before, you track that limited edition Spyder a lot, kiss it's extra value goodbye. Furthermore the GT350 will lose more than 5%, and the SS 1LE won't drop nearly 25%, especially as more and more realize their performance. Even the regular SS has the highest resale value in the segment now.

I'm not saying good tests will help sell more 1LE's , I'm hoping good tests and reviews help the resale value of the cars. 1LE's were never intended to be a big seller, I just hope the resell improves this time around. I think you should be able to get 2000 to 4000 off msrp thru costco when the car becomes available.

The Costco discount on a $44,400 car is possibly $4000? I thought it was much lower?

The Costco price is the same as "supplier-discount". Unknown what that's going to be yet.

Supplier will get you around $1900 off on a $45K MSRP car. If it's better than that, time to join Costco.

Yeah depending on model, I get between 17ish and 28ish off. I would guess 1900 to 2200? would be about right for a Camaro. Employee pricing is about another 12 to 1500 lower than that........Usually.
Again depending on model.
