Angry Had the Car For Only One Week and I Did The Unthinkable!!!

I was pulling into a parking lot and in the process of getting around someone.........I curbed tbe passenger side rim!!!!
I guess I just got used to my 12 1lt that I couldnt curb, even if I tried to! The damage aint too bad, it looks repairable, Im just beating myself over it.
Does anyone here know of a place in Vegas where I can get tbe wheel fixed?
Pics will come later, I cannot even stand to look at it.

Oops.

Maybe it's my truck driving days but I have a good habit of swinging wide. I've never curbed mine but that does not mean I won't one day.

It really is not a big deal man. The rims are for sale all the time in the classifieds or you can fix it for $100. Simple fix.

Don't buy the crappy refurbished ones on line. Get it repaired. There is a place local to me that a Mustang guy recommended . It turned out perfect. It took me over me over a year to hit a curb.

You couldn't curb your 1LT if you tried? Is your 2LT that much different?

Yep! It had 18 inch wheels on it and so it had taller sidewalls, it would roll up onto a curb before it would let the wheel touch it.....never a scratch

I find myself looking further into parking lots and such now, because of curbs, and the slight downward visibility issue the car boasts. my truck, I would just run them over, because of all teh rubber, but with the Camaro (especially the front right) the wheel is very far from the driver, and completely blind.
