how much higher is the stock ss rear than the front ?

Hi , I was wondering how much higher the rear is and does the car naturally get even lower after getting your bushings timed?

It's high enough that when you load the car it levels out.

The front remains the same when you add weight; driver, passenger(s), a trunk full of luggage and camping gear.

The rear springs are progressive so the more weight you add the stiffer they become. Not like the good old days where the headlights would aim for the sky when you went on a road trip.

Measuring from the lower wheel lip to the top of the fender arch generally the rear is 3/8- 1/2" higher then the front visually. I say that as the fender arcs are different in shape.

Have you ever chipped in on a five man collage 250 mile road trip with duffle bags full of unwashed laundry filling the trunk and 7 cases of Coors on the rear deck? And been pulled by a state trooper because a taillight was out, who wrote a warning at 2:30AM?

You really have to live sir.

with 20 wheels, measuring from the bottom of the wheel lip, up through the wheel center to the painted edge of the fender a stock SS measures on average 685mm front and 695 rear so the difference is 10mm.
