Holding hood open?

I am curious if anyone has seen the hood hold open "support" for these cars? I see in the Official Color pictures what looks like a stick holding it open... When I'm reaching to show off my aluminum screemer I hope to not be fumbling with a rod.

Cool, Thanks for the info. I didnt mean to whing but before I knew these were going to be built I walked away without driving the Challenger SRT8, due to the hood stick among other things. Ordered 2SS/RS man, Aqua blue loaded "no ground effects" my dealers allocation order was accepted on 2/25!!

And last i heard they were still looking at changing its location... Due to its restriction in allowing the strut tower bar.

depends on what kind of stb you use. I would gladly pull/cut my hood support shaft out to run a 2pt stb. tho i will probably end up welding in a 4 pt or maybe even an 8 pt once my warranty is long gone
