Halo Light Horror Stories?

Anyone having issues with aftermarket Halo light installations? I actually had a certified dealer try to steer me away from replacing my Halo's. Had me thinking twice about it now. Your thoughts?

As in you have no halos currently and want to add the whole lamp assembly or just want them to colorshift?

What have they told you?

I don't think you'd have a problem with any of the colorshift systems

Do the JDP halos. IMO they are less work than the AAC and the halos are fluid not like the little LEDs dotted in a circle. The AACs still look good but I am in love with my JDP halos. You also do not have to pry open your headlight. Less room for error during install.

^my thing though is that the aac leds are brighter and i like running my halos all the time. That and being able to control the brightness. I think thats why i got them in the first place..

I too am still not clear on the installation of the JDP Halos. I am interested in seeing the installation instructions/video for the JDP Halos. I have heard and read that you just replace the light and something about four screws, but nothing more than that. My searches keep coming up with nothing.

Wow those sound interesting. Especially not having to open the lights?
