Decent buy on Ebay if it sells - 2014 Z28 #10
I have been in the market recently and if it wasn't through Ebay and I had time to communicate with the seller this seems to be the best price I have seen on a Z/28 yet barring there is no reserve (i.e. which I didn't see). This being said would anyone consider it realistic that I could pick up a Z/28 in the high $30K's as that would sure make my decision a lot easier between that or a supercharged 1LE.

#10 is in Dallas, if no accident, that car is a steal. 36k for a 9k mile car. Z/28 all the way!

40 minutes left on the auction too. Man, this would have been excellent for me considering I paid $35k for 43k miles... except I got my loan through Cap1 and this wouldn't have qualified... lol
Someone jump on this stat! If nothing is wrong, this is a helluva deal! Last edited by MrRaZ28; 01-16-2019 at 09:42 AM. |

I can't believe these cars have lost so much value! I was watching Barret Jackson last night and saw several 1972 -74 F150's go for in the high 30's. I have driven and owned a lot of high end American and German sports cars and would have sold my Z/28 with in a year of owning it (which is what I usually do) to get the next best thing, but I just haven't found anything I like more. So what is the deal? I may get the next vette in another year or two but for me to go so long in the same car and the price drop so much is mind blowing. So yes if you can get a z/28 in the 30's I would get it.

The sellers timing was terrible. Probably would have gotten more if he ended the auction on a Sun, Mon or Tues night. Not Wed morning. Also not the best time of year to sell a car like this.

I would have bought it in a heart beat had I found the ad before this morning. Hoping I can find one similarly priced once I move my GTO. I was kind of borderline as I was planning on finding a supercharged 1LE for around $30k but if I can squeeze a Z/28 for under $40K I think that is the route I will pursue.
Didn't mean to muddy up this subforum but figured it was noteworthy discussion being the limited quantity of these cars to have a representative sale (i.e. assuming it goes through). |

This would have sold at auction for 36k, a dealer would have trouble getting 40k retail as there are several cars with far less mileage in the 42-3k range. It's a six year old car, and nearly half them produced

I love the red and the silver. They didn't have any when I bought mine and I have thought of selling mine to get one in the color I like, but then I remember I also love black (but it is so hard to keep clean).
