Anyone know anyone at RPI?
I ordered my Lloyd's Ultimats (5 ipeces floor/trunk mat set) last week and paid immediately for them, haven't hear one word, no email or anything saying they received the payment, are processing my order or it is shipped, I emailed them with no response also?

I believe they were gone for a week? Supposed to be back last Wednesday? Not positive but that is what I heard? Your not the first that has been waiting for their order awhile.

I've ordered several things from RPI. Josh is ok, but they need to refine the order process and customer notification process. I've been waiting for three weeks for a pair of kick plates. No response, e-mails not returned. Kind of makes a guy wonder. I paid up front and would like my stuff.

My mats arrived yesterday and they look great
 , but were missing the rear mats . The front mats and trunk mat came and they are nicely piped, plush. I will post pics today, now I'm waiting for the rear mats. -edit- not RPI's fault, I thought I ordered the 5 piece set, but had mis-clicked and ordered the 3 piece set... ordering my rear mats now. Thanks RPI for the great 3 piece set, lokoing forward to the rear two also!
