Suspension information
Hey folks hows life going?
So i have a guy that auto crosses a Cooper. Basically he goes to a parking lot and sets up cones. Well i have a 2014 1LE. I dont know everything about cars. Especially suspension stuff. I have upgraded the Toe Rode and Trailing arms with BMR parts. Once again im not a expert but for me it deff made me feel the traction was better. Can anyone explain to me what those two parts and other suspension parts really do?

The trailing arms basically helps control wheel hop and improving handling.
The toe rod is responsible for maintaining toe settings of the the rear wheels similar to tie rod ends on the front end. This allows for the wheels to remain set to a fixed position, not pointing inward or outward under loading. Definitely glad I did that mod. I noticed the difference once I started driving.
