Keeping your Camaro....and keeping it stock?
How many of you plan to never get rid of your Camaro? I plan on keeping it as long as I plan on being on this earth, and handing down someday.
I've been wondering how some of you can start pulling interior apart, splicing wires, cutting holes in dashes.... etc. Like my 69 SS/RS, people wanna see them stock. I can live without the "finished" ambient lights until GM come up with a final design. I only plan on maybe changing the intake and exhaust and that is it. I'm oldschool I guess, I like it the way it was made by King GM. I am in no way flogging the way people are making a Camaro their own, I like being different, thats why I got the ground effects on my Orange camaro on the car, not painted. |

I'm keeping mine 'forever'. All original equipment is going to be kept/stored, and any modification will NOT be done to anything original (ie. port and polishing heads will be done on a set of heads that didn't originally come on the car).

I'm NEVER sellling my car.
As far as mods go, I've already done some modding. I've gotten into the wiring to do the foglight mod, but that's about the most semi-permanent thing I've done. I've also added an intake. I've tinted the windows. And of course........I added fuzzy dice. I don't think I'll get much crazier than exhaust, headers, suspension upgrades, and MAYBE new wheels. |

I requested a repurchase from GM today. It's a great car with a few problems that make me wish I had not bought it. They are denying my request, so I guess I will keep it until it makes enough financial sense to trade/sell it. Already moded it though. Magnaflow exhaust and some work to the stereo.

I'm gonna keep mine stock (for now). I'm still hoping to buy a house this year and I'll need a beater car for winter.
After those are taken care of all bets are off. :seesaw: Of course I will keep ALL stock parts.

I'm keeping mine and I'm modding the hell out of the engine, drivetrain, suspension, but keeping the exterior and interior pretty much stock
