Dealer you bought it from or another Chevy service dept can get you the in service date. May or may not have any of the bumper to bumper left depending on that date.

Yes you do. You need to take your VIN to a dealer and ask what the in service date is. You have 3yr/36k bumper to bumper and 5yr/100k power train from that date. Unless the previous owner tuned it or did something else to void the warranty.

I think it depends, I had 2 years bumper to bumper, and a 5 year power train warranty. I got mine when it was 2 years old with 20,000 miles

Hello 430606, I can confirm what your warranty status is. Could you provide for me your VIN# and mileage? I will look it up and follow up with you. Reggie B. Chevrolet Customer Care.

You are definitely still under the powertrain warranty until you put longtubes on it and give her the tune she deserves.

Warranty is transferable and starts at when the car was manufactured. If you bought it certified pre owned you get an additional 12 months, 12,000 miles on bumper to bumper.

Sounds like you have whats left on the powertrain warranty. Chances are there will be two tears left on it, but your bumper to bumper 3/36 warranty is over. That means any engine/trans related things are covered, but any radio, A/C, electrical and so forth are not and will be on your dime.
