Tuning FPCM for aux fuel pump

Hey all,

Just getting into HP tuners. I installed the DSX aux fuel pump kit, and read that the FPCM needs to be edited in order to not freak out when the second pump kicks on under boost. Does anyone have any pointers on what would need to be adjusted in my tune file? Would I just need to bump up my max desired pressure to add headroom for the spike in pressure when the second pump kicks on?

Does the aux pump turn on via boost? Or by flex sensor?
As I'm wanting to do e85 and thinking of the aux pump as well but want it to turn on via flex sensor.
I already have dual pumps and didn't want to mess with the FPCM. Currently at 55-58% IDC under wot.
Thanks
